❋ Yin Yoga: Think long, slow, delicious stretches held for several minutes. It’s perfect for melting away the stress stored in your hips, shoulders, and lower back.
❋ Yoga Nidra: Known as “yogic sleep,” this guided relaxation takes you into a state of deep rest where 60 minutes can feel like 4 hours of restorative sleep. Expect to leave feeling like you’ve hit the ultimate reset button.
❋ Sound Bath: Imagine lying back as soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, wave drums, and chimes flow through you. It’s a massage for your mind, helping you let go of mental clutter and settle into tranquillity.
