DESCRIPTION:Join us on the first Sunday of the month for a little calm at Colchester Castle. \nThese sessions are suitable for visitors with ASD\, providing an opportunity for them to explore the museum at a quieter time. We aim to minimise sensory stimulation on the galleries by turning off audio and visuals\, whilst providing a sensory space off the main gallery. \nEar defenders\, visual guides and twiddlemuffs are available from the Museum’s reception free of charge. \nYou can find out more about our autism friendly resources by visiting our Access page. \nBooking not required – just buy your ticket to the Castle when you arrive.
