We wanted to bring you a supportive, friendly and easy to understand guide to the the Menopause using both our personal and professional knowledge and expertise.
We will discuss:
What is menopause, the Endocrine system, key hormones, what they are and what they do. Why now is crucial in putting yourself first to maximize your health for longevity and risks of not managing your health. Why is sleep and relaxation so important to your well-being (especially during menopause)
You will receive:
Demonstrations on Aromatherapy, Reflexology and discussion of four amazing essential oils for calming the nervous system, aiding a peaceful sleep and reducing anxiety.
A talk on the benefits of meditation and hypnotherapy (how it can minimize anxiety, help with deeper sleep and a cooler menopause) along with a deep relaxation/hypnotherapy session approx 25 minutes
You will also receive a 30-page health information pack (information on H.R.T, other options, useful contacts, symptom tracker) along with an essential oil blend to take away.
