But he will also aim a couple of swipes at dogmatic environmentalists. \n\nTom lays out a reset to the climate message: it can now be selfish\, not selfless. It doesn’t even need to be about climate\, just cost. \n\n“Houses have solar panels; villages own wind turbines and countries harness the elements that bless their land. ‘Going Green’ is portrayed as pricey medicine administered from above – something done to you. But it can and should be done with you.
