Sunday Grooves

The Strictly Vinyl Collective have teamed up with Roots and Grooves Café and are bringing you something special this year. Starting this Easter Sunday we will be creating a wonderful laidback scene (Sunday Grooves) at the Roots & Grooves Café; where you can enjoy some great food and have a few drinks in an amazing space while listening to some exceptional down-tempo vibes. With these master selectors playing vinyl throughout the afternoon and into the the evening its going to be something very special. Whether unwinding from the night before’s indulgence or you just enjoy a chilled environment, it is a perfect way to immerse yourself in the uniqueness of what the city has to offer. Some of the Strictly Vinyl Collective djs, Johnnie Fisher, Ritchie Khan, Craig Cooper, Harry and Bazz with be on mixing duty this time and there will be a number of various djs throughout the following weeks and months playing genres such as Reggae, Dub, Balearic, Acid Jazz, Rare groove, Chill-out, Trip-hop and much more. So join us on Easter Sunday 9th April at Roots and Grooves Café to chillout, re-energise and tune in to the down-tempo ambience and the laidback beats of Sunday Grooves.
