A walking trail exploring the lives and achievements of some of Colchester’s women from the past. Join us as we visit locations around the town centre with connections to the stories of our women and use these to consider safe spaces for women in the urban environment today. ACCESSIBILITY: A town centre walk, hard surfaced all the way, using crossing points and dropped kerbs. Short sections with gradients or narrow pavements possible; chair users may need occasional assistance. Regular rest points.
