Yoga with Baby

A fabulous first class for you and your baby from after your 6/8 week check.
Come and join our Yoga community for strengthen and energise your postnatal body and mind whilst having fun. There will be something for you, something for your baby and Yoga practices for you both to do together and other friendly and supportive new parents.
Why yoga?
At a massive time of change and vulnerability – physically, mentally and emotionally, practising Yoga will help your mental health as well as help to strengthen you from the inside out and lay the foundations for postnatal recovery.
We will learn simple breathing & meditation techniques to keep you sane & balanced during these testing times, re-energise if exhausted, strengthen pelvic floor and abdominal muscles safely. You spend calm time with your baby (a calm mum is a calm baby) and even connect with other new local mums.
Fun and laughter, support & signposting, gentle stretches with appropriate postures (asana) with sound (nada), Yoga stretches & massage for baby and Yoga breath-work (pranayama).
At the end there is a well deserved RELAXATION session (yes!!).
Naomi has been teaching Yoga for 16 years and Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga for 13 years!
