SUMMARY:Women’s Sacred Circle - Colchester
DESCRIPTION:✨ Women’s Circle at The Tree Room ✨Held monthly on the first Monday of each Month \nDear sisters\, \nYou are warmly invited to step into a sacred space—a place where you can exhale\, be witnessed\, and simply be. \nOur monthly Women’s Circle at The Tree Room is more than just a gathering. It’s a remembrance. A returning. A weaving together of stories\, hearts\, and souls. \nFor thousands of years\, women have come together in circle\, around fires\, under stars\, in temples and homes\, to share\, support\, and hold one another through life’s cycles. Somewhere along the way\, we lost this tradition. But the call to return is rising again. And it’s strong. \n🌙 This is a space for you if…– You long for genuine sisterhood– You feel called to reconnect with your feminine essence– You desire to be seen and heard without judgement– You crave a pause from everyday busyness to reconnect with yourself \nEach circle is unique\, but may include:🌙 Guided meditation and grounding🌙 Sharing and storytelling🌙 Movement or stillness🌙 Song\, chant\, or silence💞 Rituals of intention\, release\, or celebration \nWhen we gather in this way\, we create a field of energy that is both gentle and powerful. You may feel lighter. Inspired. Grounded. Moved. Healed. You may leave with a fuller heart\, a clearer mind\, or a deeper connection to yourself and the women around you. \nAs one sister beautifully said: \n“Let us support each other in sorrow\, and dance with each other in celebration.” \n🌙 Location: The Tree Room\, Colchester🌙 Time: 6.00pm – 7.30pm (First Monday of each month)🌙 Energy Exchange: £11 per person \n✨ Book here: https://dharmabelle.co.uk/womens-circle/🌙 Questions or need support to attend? Contact Claire on 07310 105920 \nIf you feel the call in your heart—but money is a barrier—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We want you with us. \nCome exactly as you are\, in whatever season of life you’re in.We can’t wait to sit in circle with you. \nhttps://www.facebook.com/events/1793400697905901/?event_time_id=1793403837905587

SUMMARY:Author Event: John Lewis-Stempel Monday\, 3rd November 2025 6.30pm
DESCRIPTION:John Lewis-Stempel in conversation with Red Lion Books. John will be signing first edition hardback copies of Night Life \nAt night the senses become reordered. Hearing becomes privileged over vision\, and we edge forward arms outstretched\, feeling our way through the inky blackness. It is after dark that the human being becomes more ‘animal’\, more sensitive to Nature. But the lights of the modern world have obliterated any meaningful connection to the night. We have lost touch with its wonders as well as its terrors. In this enchanting follow-up to Nightwalking\, John Lewis-Stempel once again ventures out into the night to uncover the unseen world of nocturnal creatures. \nWhen the curtain of night falls\, a spectacle begins. That of bio-luminescence\, of boxing hares\, and wheat fields shimmering in the moonlight. In Night Life\, Lewis-Stempel wanders further afield\, to terrains new\, and shows us why the night is precious\, and what it is to be human in the dark. \nJOHN LEWIS-STEMPEL is a farmer and ‘Britain’s finest living nature writer’ (The Times). His books include the Sunday Times bestsellers Woodston\, The Running Hare and The Wood. He is the only person to have won the Wainwright Prize for Nature Writing twice\, with Meadowland and Where Poppies Blow. In 2016\, he was named ‘Magazine Columnist of the Year’ for his column in Country Life. He farms cattle\, sheep\, pigs and poultry. Traditionally.
