His online sketches have amassed over 7 million views\, including his ‘Indie Boys’ series (co-created with Pete Rugman & Dave Durkan) with collaborations from US comedian Kyle Gordon\, and musicians Kate Nash and The Hoosiers. He has also appeared in an online comedy short with musician Joy Crookes. JUPITER is a story about Rob being an estate agent on the planet Jupiter. One day a couple come into the estate agents and ask Rob what Earth is like to live on. Rob Auton has written twelve five star rated Edinburgh fringe shows\, building a live audience through his unique world view and love of writing and performing. His shows for stage include a series of shows on specific themes- The Yellow Show (a show about the colour yellow)\, The Sky Show\, The Face Show\, The Water Show\, The Sleep Show\, The Hair Show\, The Talk Show and so on. In 2025 Rob wrote his first narrative hour- ‘CAN -The Story of a Man called Can’.
