Some Became Hollow Tubes / A Burial At Sea / Bösch / Humour

Thu, October 10, 2019 @ 7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Very pleased to announce that Some Became Hollow Tubes (featuring members of Godspeed You! Black Emperor and thisquietarmy), from Canada, will be playing Three Wise Monkeys this October. Their new album, Keep it in the Ground, came out last month and is a masterclass in improvised droney psychedelic post-rock.

Supporting them will be A Burial At Sea, post-rock from Liverpool Bösch, who produces excellent electronic music, carefully constructed soundscapes and drones, and Humour, a three guitar’d post-whatever band.

£5 entry, but we won’t turn anyone away for lack of funds

Accessibility: The venue is on the second floor, although stairs are wide and there are handrails either side, with stops every half flight. There is a slightly raised area at the back of the venue, and seats are available. If you require an assistant, or if we can help in any way, please drop us an email ([email protected]) and we’ll see what we can do.
