Run, jog or walk around the Kapow! Superhero Challenge obstacle course in Colchester’s Castle Park on Sunday 2nd September, thanks to The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation.

Take on 10 inflatable obstacles including a UV bubble tunnel, foam maze and Big Bertha – a giant slide – set in the Lower Castle Park

You’ll start at the 4m high climb, then bash your way through the inflatable pole section, run through the amazing U.V. bubble pod, stop off for a quick bath in the foam pit, crawl through our 10-meter long inflatable tunnels.

Next up you take on the 2m high giant rollers, navigate a set of U.V. obstacles in our second U.V. pod, then it’s on to the foam maze – can you find your way through?

After you’ve escaped the maze it’s time to take on the 3m inflatable wall and then finally you’re on to Big Bertha! You’ll climb up the 40 feet to the top, admire the view and then slide all the way down into even more foam.

You can enter individually or as part of a team and raise some money for The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation in the process. If you think you’re up to the challenge then get involved.

Please note: All entrants under 16 must be over 1.2m tall and each group of 6 children must be accompanied by at least two adults. Even heroes need a hand every now and then!
