In our Sacred Drum Circles, we unite in a circle—a symbol of wholeness and unity. The drum, one of the oldest instruments known to humanity, guides us on a journey of self-expression and connection. Through the steady beat of the drum, we enter a meditative and healing space where each woman is honoured and heard.

We hold these circles with deep reverence for the ancient wisdom passed down by our ancestors, creating a sacred container that allows for growth, empowerment, and healing.

At the heart of our drum circles is the powerful energy of sisterhood. In this space, we are committed to uplifting, supporting, and empowering one another. Through laughter, shared experiences, and the rhythm of the drums, we create bonds that transcend the every day and help each woman feel seen, valued, and supported.

No previous drumming experience is needed—whether you are new to drumming or a seasoned drummer, every woman is welcome. We drum to heal ourselves, to empower our spirits, and to remind one another of the strength and beauty we all carry.

Please bring your own drum if you have one, all musical instruments are welcome.
