Join us on the first Sunday of the month for a little calm at Colchester Castle.

These sessions are suitable for visitors with ASD, providing an opportunity for them to explore the museum at a quieter time. We aim to minimise sensory stimulation in the galleries by turning off audio and visuals and providing a sensory space off the main gallery.

Ear defenders, visual guides and twiddlemuffs are available from the Museum’s reception free of charge.

This event is included in Castle admission. There is no need to book; just purchase general admission tickets to the Castle, or consider a Museums Pass to enjoy unlimited visits during the year!
