Free to join! Open to everyone aged 16+
Saturdays from 12 (we normally stay until around 3/4pm but it’s completely fine to leave earlier!)

Please bring water!
Sturdy shoes are advised for safety reasons.
If you have some gloves please bring them along too (if you don’t have any don’t worry, we have spares!). Any kind of gloves are fine.
All other equipment is provided.

Free parking on site.
We train near Wivenhoe Nature Park, at the University of Essex, on Park Road just off Boundary Road (Will post picture of exact location).

Open to everyone aged 16+ (under 18s will need permission from their parent/guardian). If you are under 16 and interested in participating you are welcome to come along with your parent/guardian.
