Join us for a celebration of Mozart’s compositions from 1786. Featuring pianist, Philip Elwell, who’ll be performing Piano Concerto No. 25 in C major.

The piano concerto is considered the last of the twelve greats which were composed by Mozart.

Written at the same time as the piano concerto, SBMS will present Symphony No. 38 in C major, the so-called ‘Prague Symphony’ where it was premiered in January 1787.

The SBMS orchestra will also be performing the overture to Mozart’s comic singspiel ‘Der Shauspieldirektor’ (The Impresario).
