An Evening with Ian Moore hosted by Edward Cox
We are delighted to have cosy crime author Ian Moore at the store to give a talk about the fourth in the Follet Valley mysteries. Asking him questions on the night will be local author Edward Cox, so many thanks to him. Richard Ainsworth’s comfortable life is turned upside down when his redoubtable housekeeper, Madame Tablier, is accused of murdering her former fiance now brother in law. When she won’t even deny it, Richard set out to find the truth of what happened with the help of Valerie D’Orsay. Their investigation leads them to a strange tourist garden village, where backbiting, recriminations and even former colleagues provide a deadly senario more tangled than knotweed. If you are looking for another series to devour after you have finished those by Richard Osman or Reverend Coles, then Ian Moore’s could be the perfect one for you.
If you want to join us, tickets are £5 or £18 if you want the book and ticket option and they must be purchased from the website. The doors open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.
