A round trip ride to Fingringhoe Nature Reserve via Friday Woods and back (mostly off-road, suitable for most cyclists). With a refreshment stop at the reserve cafe for tea/coffee, and music from Elmer van der Hoek and Frank Sebastian (with more at the Minories afterwards).
