Jazz matinee in the beautiful gardens of the The Minories hosted by the adjacent Commons Café. In case of poor weather, the event will move inside. Gig 4.30-7pm followed by jam until 8.30pm.
Our quintet features these fine musicians: Holly Barrett on sax, Ian Buzer on trumpet, Andy Watson on guitar, Ben Hearn on bass and Elmer van der Hoek on drums. We will be performing a variety of modern jazz tunes from the ’50s to the ’70s. From 6:30 PM, the stage will welcome other jazz musicians, including singers, to join in.

The café will offer a selection of coffee, tea, and snacks, including cakes, as well as a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

You can also have Kubba or Sambusek, both VE with vegetables each for £2.50.
