ARTIFICIALLY YOURS
Formed in 2018 AY (Adam, Kieron and Grumb) wanted to create a musically based thing the like of which they hadn’t inhabited before..the initial 6 tracks produced caught the attention of London musician and all round entrepreneur Sean Mclusky at 1234 records who put out the 1st singles (the merger ep, artificially yours, supermarket sound, the band hooking up along the way with legendary producer and sabre of paradise jagz kooner for a remix of the track “artificially yours”) and self titled lp in 2021. Many gigs, mainly in London, have ensued and also a socially distanced tour at the fag end of the pandemic around the capital and South East of England playing with such up and coming acts as nuha ruby ra, pregoblin and pva and more recently playing with Quatermass 3, the musical reincarnation of ex members of largely unsung but legendary bands earl brutus and world of twist. Recently the fat chants ep was made available via bandcamp/soundcloud exploring further the combination of electronics and the narky thoughts of a cantankerous old man.
