Experience meditation though sound and song… sanskrit mantras for healing and wellbeing… songs to strengthen the voice, open the heart and lift the spirits ❤ accompanied by soothing hum of the harmonium, dholak drum rhythms and other instruments

Your children are welcome to come along with you to this session as long as you accompany them throughout the building. U16s are free but please book them a space.
