The reserve will be open late for a special series of nights to let us enjoy the Nightingales special song.

No booking required – Take a self-guided stroll around the reserve to experience for yourself one of nature’s most captivating sounds: Nightingale song.

The Visitor Centre will be open for the evening with snacks and hot and cold drinks and gifts available including our Nightingale themed range of household wares.

No booking required, please dress appropriately for the weather.
A voluntary donation is appreciated to help support the work of Essex Wildlife Trust and help maintain habitat for the Nightingale’s.

Guided walks are available if required on other nights.
