Step back in time to Roman Colchester with our Roman Family Tour—now with a twist! This immersive experience takes you into the depths of the Roman past. As you explore the Castle’s historic Roman vaults, you will get a chance to hear stories from the past, hold historic objects and sniff the highs and lows of Roman Colchester history. Plus learn about Roman Gods along the way- from the powerful to the silly. Perfect for families keen to engage with history through touch, smell, and a touch of divine intrigue.
