Come along for a hands-on Forest School refresher course on all things knots and ropes! Whether you’re a Forest School trainee, leader or adult helper, this event at Highwoods Country Park is perfect for brushing up on your skills. Gain confidence to tackle any challenge thrown your way during a Forest School session. We will enhance your Forest School skills making rope swings, bridges, walks and shelters and more!
We will meet at the Chanterelle Car park entrance to Highwoods for a 10am start and wander through the woods to practice knots on the way. and stop at suitable points to use our ropes to make a variety of swings, walks etc, to end at the visitor centre for 12 where there is a toilet and cafe.
If you have a rope, please bring it with you as it will help you to use one you are familiar with.
Cost £20 per person
