In this interactive workshop, Chia-Yen Oh guides participants through a future life regression experience using hypnosis and guided visualisation. Explore possible futures, encounter new worlds and different ways of living, and discover what insights emerge from the journey.

Following the session, there will be time for reflection, journalling and discussion with fellow participants.
