Celebrate mid summer with a peaceful hike around the green spaces of NW and central Colchester!

A 45 min/1 mile version of our regular meditation walk with forest bathing followed by a mindful social 8 mile hike with optional periods of Forest Bathing in the woodland areas we pass through.
Starting at 9.15am in Highwoods Turner Road Car Park returning 2pm. Walking through Highwoods, down to Castle Park, over to Hilly Fields and Cymbeline Meadows, through Charter Woods and back to Highwoods.
Bring a packed lunch for benches by the river in Cymbeline Meadows, waterproof just in case, water to drink & small blanket/mat to sit on if you want to in the woods.
Please arrive mindful of start times and be ready for either 9.15 or 10am.
