A walking trail exploring the lives and achievements of some of Colchester’s women from the past. Join us as we visit locations around the town centre with connections to the stories of our women and use these to consider safe spaces for women in the urban environment today. Meet: 10am. Firstsite foyer, CO1 1JH (1.5m, 1.5 hrs).

ACCESSIBILITY: A city centre walk that is hard-surfaced all the way and step-free. May entail some short sections of medium-steep gradients (e.g. on East Hill). Wheelchair users in need of assistance will find plenty of help on hand, but please be in touch to discuss further if necessary.
