What A Waste’s show is a faithful recreation of Ian Drury’s & The Blockheads live performances during their most successful period, 1977-1980. During this time the band had a series of top 20 singles, Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick was a UK number 1 & its follow up Reasons to Be Cheerful, Part 3 peaked at number 3. The albums Do It Yourself and New Boots and Panties!! Both went platinum.

What A Waste is a completely live experience, full of the humor, poetry, and expert musicianship of one of the UK’s most original, diverse, and unique bands.
