Feeling a bit frazzled from the festive season’s fun and frolics?
Join me for an energising and soothing evening of movement, mediation and sound healing.
We begin with a grounding meditation and sacred Cacao ceremony to open our hearts and energise us for a chakra balancing dance ( you may wish to bring a drum if you have one). We then finish the evening with a beautiful and healing sound bath with gongs, singing bowls, shamanic drum and Native American flute.
Come in comfy clothing and bring water (herbal teas are complimentary), a yoga/exercise mat, cushions and blankets and drums if you have one.
