Yin, Restorative and Mindfulness

This workshop is perfect for those that want to slow down, destress, rest, and recharge in a tranquil setting.
This deeply nourishing workshop combines the practices of Yin, Restorative yoga and Mindfulness creating space for rejuvenation of the body, mind and soul. It is centred around a meditative practice, taking you deeper into your own body for an exploration of self. Stillness, and gentle enquiry are prioritised over the achievement of the pose. Poses are held for longer; the sequence is slower and as a result, it may be possible for you to have a deeper sense of introspection.
This class is suitable and open to all, props will be used for a deeper emphasis on relaxation and restoration.
