Relax beneath Luke Jerram’s spectacular Museum of the Moon installation at Colchester Castle during this immersive Reiki and sound healing experience on 30th October from 6.30pm to 8.30pm (Doors open 6.15pm). Combining Reiki with crystal singing bowls, therapeutic gongs and shamanic drums, this special evening is designed to help you unwind, switch off from daily distractions and enjoy a moment of calm beneath the moon.

The session includes introductions, intention-setting, the Reiki sound bath itself, and an optional opportunity to stay and chat afterwards.

Led by award-winning Reiki Master Teacher Chia-Yen Oh and Master Gong Practitioner and yoga teacher Amanda Anderson, this unique collaboration brings together their shared experience in wellbeing, sound and relaxation practices.

Please bring a yoga mat. You may also wish to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask and water bottle for comfort. Warm clothing is recommended.

Suitable for ages 16+ when accompanied by a parent or guardian attending the event. This session is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
