Lightbulb Festival of the Arts 2013 brings together local groups and individuals to deliver quality culture right on your doorstep – for free.

Part of its mission is to help turn Colchester into a thriving cultural capital, where events and festivals like this become commonplace and where the public has the opportunity to get involved. From poetry to film, contemporary music to karaoke, events take place from 11–14 July across a range of venues.
