Dance and Movement for Well-being
Our Dance and Movement for Well-being are gentle sessions for over 60s to ease joint mobility, improve agility, balance and self-awareness in movement.
These classes involve relaxed movements such as chair yoga, dancing and self-massages to ease the muscles and tensions.
Each session is led and planned by Lucy Teed a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist (level 4 MTI).
