A dark tragicomedy about a pathetic Japanese salaryman who becomes a tyrant! Your favorite GUMBO’s Macbeth has finally arrived in Shakespeare’s land!
Based on Shakespeare’s Macbeth, this modern adaptation transplants the tragedy to contemporary Japan, reimagining Macbeth as an ordinary Japanese salaryman. His sudden rise up the corporate ladder takes him from an unremarkable office worker to a ruthless tyrant.
