My flows are derived from Classical Hatha and Vinyasa with offerings of intuitive movement for some somatic enquiry. No two classes are the same. We move from posture to posture while synchronising the breath for an energising yet relaxing class.
The beautiful art of Yoga has many health benefits; weight loss and toning, improving mental and emotional wellbeing, increases health, and enhanced flexibility, and strength. It can have a profound calming effect on the body and mind through moving mediation, breathwork and a physical workout.
