Women’s Yoga Circle
Come join our circle of Women – a friendly, nourishing and supportive group with Yoga and Sound. Its suitable for all women of all life-stages, and is followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath.
Blended Yoga practices will include hatha, yin, restorative, flows, breath, sound, mantra, Yoga nidra, visualisation, meditation – all to support you on your journey and bring Love, nourishment, creativity and spiritual connection. WE end with a nurturing Sound Bath.
These gentle & authentic Yoga practices will help you find strength, power and belief in your own body and a sense of wellbeing in your menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, peri-menopause, menopause, post-menopause – if you are with or without a womb.
Practices will help deeply soothe the nervous system, re-connect to your inner vitality and strength, stimulate the circulation and energy to the pelvic area and bring harmony to the reproductive, digestive, eliminatory and endocrine systems, help you connect with your own menstrual cycle, manage stress, anxiety and difficult feelings.
This is a small, friendly and supportive monthly women’s class with a Sound bath to follow. If you would like to come to a similar weekly class, watch out for Shakti Yoga on a Thursday evening (without a sound bath).
