Having been described as “an energetic performer on stage with a presence that can’t be ignored” 2013 promises to be a big year for Rhiannon with the release of her debut album ‘It Goes Like This’ which was fan-funded by Pledge Music.
Rhiannon grew up in the music industry because of her mother, who is also a talented musician, writing her own songs and playing in Celtic folk bands. Rhiannon’s first instrument at age 10 was her mothers’ pots and pans and she steadily progressed to Drums, Flute, Guitar and Vocals. Drawing on influences from Artists such as KT Tunstall, Feist, Bjork and Sia, Rhiannon began to write her own Music at age 16. Her strong rhythmical foundation and ability to lyrically draw the listener into her world combine to create songs that run through your head and touch your heart long after she has left the stage.
Over the last year Rhiannon has been playing the London and surrounding music scenes, including being short listed for the ‘Big Busk’ music competition run by The Mayor Of London, gaining acclaim from her fans, radio producers and fellow Musicians alike..
“She’s beautifully edgy, not an impish folkster, this girl bring the rock back into folk!” – Kal Lavelle, iTunes Single Of The Week/ Tour support for Ed Sheeran.
“What an incredible voice, I love the layered vocals on Rhiannon’s tracks and cannot wait to hear her debut album. Songs like ‘Why Can’t I Be Your Girlfriend’ and ‘Letting You Love Me’ have got fantastic feedback from listeners” Jaye Harrison, Roundhouse Radio

Rhiannon will be touring her new album ‘It Goes Like This’ alongside the talented folk rock singer-songwriter Antonio Lulic and for the Colchester gig only, she will be joined by local hero Ady Johnson.
